Two years after recovering from a serious injury, I moved to Spain, and I found myself weak — in every sense. I couldn't restart exercising because of knee pain. I had an MRI at the hospital, and the doctor's advice was to avoid extra load on the joint: the problem wasn't severe, but there was nothing they could do about it.
Sara helped me on my first visit. She identified the problem as weak muscles and tension in my iliopsoas. She taught me how to release that muscle and how to strengthen the ones around it. By the second day, I was able to start running again pain-free.
A healthy body is the most important thing for a happy life, and pain-free, injury-free exercise is the key to building one and keeping it.
